No resistance- I did it in the 12, 11 was too tall. I'd say my RPE was the same as the times I've done it on the road; the familiar sight of Elvis right around the 3:00 mark confirmed that.

Dumb question-
Would you use your 5' and 20' numbers from a test on rollers? I was scheduled to take a form test and usually do it on the same 7 mile loop but I haven't been able to get to the park...
