Problem with a repair is it won't restore the resale value of the frame. So OP may be happy to ride it (no reason not to), but it won't be worth much to anyone else. That hurts OP in the pocketbook.

Why take that attitude? No one forced Cervelo to offer the warranty Once it is in print, they need to honor it. I would file a small claims court suit. The money is in the right ball park.
