It is probably not just sucking for me is the thing. There are expectations to be met from customers. One shop couldn't stay open. The other shop i got my bikes at is boycotted by everyone I know....

I bought two bikes from a LBS. My LHT and my wife's Civia Midtown. They gave crappy service, with a crappier attitude. I tried many times to get them to win my business, but they ultimately failed....
