Amoroh, you are getting suggestions of things that could cost you thousands of euros, so perhaps why not give an idea of what you would want to spend?

this bike probably cost you in the 4-600 euro...

I just looked and with a mountain crank and your existing 11-30 8 speed cassette, you would have 19 gear inches as your low gear, not bad at all, and could be lowered more with a 32 or 34 cassette,...
