For the SRT trail:

Ride West River Dr or Kelly Dr away from the city.

If West River, make a right onto Falls Bridge at the end of West River and then left onto Kelly Dr.

Follow that around...

I live in South Philly, right where you would be staying it seems. I bike a lot - both kitted up for exercise and on a singlespeed to get to bars and what not. No real issues, just need to be aware...
