ISO quill stem with 100 mm reach and quill length in the ballpark of 180 mm. Preferably 26.0 mm clamp. A Nitto Technomic Deluxe (not the longer Technomic) would be ideal.

Darn. Sounds like it would've been perfect, except for the size. I'm looking for a small mixte to build up for my younger daughter who at five feet tall has outgrown her 20"-wheeled bike.

I've got a cottered crankset from a '72 UO-8 in very good condition if you want it. You'll just need cotter pins since mine didn't survive the extraction. Yours for the price of postage.

R556 reach = 55-73 mm
800a reach = 61-78 mm
