There are some options from a German retailer called Taylor Wheels that have good prices. Not sure about shipping to the USA... You shouldn't have to pay the VAT, though, so a pretty good price.

I have one I bought from IDC about 3 years ago. As with Tom, above, mine doesn't mention Sanyo anywhere on the hub.

Hasn't given me any trouble over those years. Pretty much ideal for a city...
