Cassette looks ok, but your new chain will wear faster running on it and 8 speed cassettes really don't cost that much. No, I wouldn't use that chain especially for a.tour.

You need a new chain. That one is too rusted. If you change the chain you might as well change the cassette as its unlikely to run smoothly on worn teeth.
