Cyanoacrylate adhesive polymerizes by catalysis, not evaporation of a solvent. Viscosity is usually adjusted by adding solid fillers.

I'm saying that some products include solvents and some don't. If you are concerned about solvents, then you should know which products include them.

Nail polish is dissolved in a strong solvent -- usually acetone. Cyanoacrylate and epoxies usually don't use solvents.
