but my money is on it being a cool tool
which was a little tool kit
based around a thin adjustable wrench
with a chain tool built into the handle

the thing that amazed me...

with two exceptions
with any tool that has the following

allen keys
Philips and flat screwdriver
chain tool
tire levers
patch kit
pump
