i believe op has the nuvinci cvt style internal...

i believe op has the nuvinci cvt style internal hub
which most likely has the three splined sturmey archer style cog connections
although I have never seen one up close

i believe with only one or two exceptions
all internally geared hubs have the freewheeling mechanism built in
and do not take a freewheel
