its the 2nd largest, it clicks all the way to the largest no problem, when I click it down it just passes right over the 2 nd largest and continues normally....this is a pretty new bike....it started...

Shimano 105 rear derailleur skipping a cog

Hey..... i did some adjustments on rear derailleur and everything seemed to go well moving up but coming down its skips the 2nd cog next to the top one..... is this a cable issue?? any advice....
