I have a set of PRO Stealth Evo bar/stem combo on my half bike, and it has the really wide and flat tops. I keep the tops naked carbon and wrap the drops. I think it works well, even when it gets wet...

Great point. My stoker doesn't have an opinion yet. Just want to make sure she has the greatest chance of enjoying our rides and the new bar. Hence, the request for people's experiences.
