Last summer Walmart had all kinds of white colored Raleigh hybrids for sale. Both mens and womans.

Really nice bikes.

You could probably hire a person contract to come in and assemble them.
Put a Ad on Caigs list for a trade school certified mechanic. They can do a lot of bikes in one day.
