Question...if the frame flexes at all by pushing...

Question...if the frame flexes at all by pushing with your thumb, is it toasted? Question 2: if the frame flexes a 1/8 inch when pushing with your thumb, is the frame toasted??

finally got the pics...the bike was chained when...

finally got the pics...the bike was chained when the guy tried to steal it. hopefully i can fix the clear coat. I did 29 miles on it today with no issues and some pretty hard descents and it was good
