How difficult was that process? Approximately what did the conversion cost? I am thinking of buying and at some point converting into the 8 speed. Asking price is $275.

So a single speed hub can have a cassette added? The owner had a single rear built by a LBS. Not the original rims.

As I understand it the more expensive Dahon is in the components, not so much...
