A dropper post and pirelli cinturato m tyres. Currently at my local LBS having a full service and dropper post installed. Pics to come when I pick it up.

The shiftmate is a great bit of kit. I have the 8A (with a barrel adjuster) so I can run a MTB rear derailleur and cassette on my gravel bike.

I've just picked up an 11 speed deore rear...

I've just picked up an 11 speed deore rear derailleur, a jtek shiftmate, and an 11 speed 11-42 cassette. Time for the mullet drivetrain build....

I've just ordered an 11-42 cassette, deore 5120...

I've just ordered an 11-42 cassette, deore 5120 rear mech, and a jtek shiftmate. A 2x mullet drivetrain should serve me well for my next trip.
