It depends on the bike, but it is unlikely. I can barely fit the 29mm wide Parigi Roubaix on two of my classic road bikes and the Almanzo is wider.

I went with the 700x32 Randonneur Pros. I like the high 150 tpi and folding bead. The price on these are very good. If it's 29mm wide or less on a 19mm wide rim, I should have what I want.

Yes, I have the Parigi-Roubaix and it measures about 29mm. However, this is not a highly durable or reliable tire. It does perform and ride superbly, however. If I could find a tougher tire this size...
