Nearly done with a NOS build using Sante bits when I discover that one of my Sante brake levers is missing these rather important bits. Argh! Anyone have them by chance?

Anyone have these in great condition? Were they SIS or friction? My '85 Panasonic Team is all 600 except for some 105 shifters on the DT and it really gets my OCD going.
