If you can do 3x20 at 105% of FTP then your FTP...

If you can do 3x20 at 105% of FTP then your FTP is set too low. 20 minutes at 105% of FTP should leave you drained and ready to barf or pass out, and limping home, not ready to do it 2 more times.

For the 1 minute intervals, HR doesn't react fast enough to use it as a measurement. Use RPE, it should be hard but not quite all-out if you want Z5....
