I'm definitely out of the ride. Had my heart cath yesterday and they put a stent in the LAD artery. The doc said no pressure or heavy lifting (>5 pounds) with my wrist for 7 days. :o

Not sure if my doc will let me do this since I'm having my heart cath on the 9th. He may want me off the bike for a few day while my wrist heals. :o

Sounds like fun. I'm guessing the route will follow the trail north to Hernando and then west along CR486 to Crystal River.
