Yaknow, I just couldn't get those yellow tires on. And they're a lot smaller than the stock tires. And I still haven't gotten to the yellow bar tape either.

Rim tape installed. Tires are sitting at 110psi. I feel like a big man, I got the wire bead tires on without tire levers. :-)

Oops. I bought new rim tape saturday, but didn't install it. I had a rim tape failure tonight... Well there's my excuse to go hog wild and get this bike in Nero-shape.

The pads cleared the rim due to being to low on the caliper arms. Most bikes come with that at least vaguely adjusted right.

If the bolt is to long. Trim the bolt.

Well, I got mine. And I did my first "upgrade". Which was making the brake pads actually touch the rims.
