it's true. average folks mostly have too much salt inside their insides.

but average folks don't spend 6-8 hours per day in 90-degree heat cycling
across the dessert or over mountains, sweating...

"people" consume too much salt. "people" also consume too much sugar and
processed food, and "people" generally live a sedentary lifestyle.

"people" for the most part don't load up...

me too. is super hot here, upper 90's, with super high
humiditiy, like 112%. combine that with 6 hours of
climbing mountains......sweat just pours off, and can
literally drink gallons of water...
