I got 2nd place... one of the crafty old guys...

I got 2nd place... one of the crafty old guys (Former Masters World Champ Sprinter) showed up with a 126" gear on!

Once he got on top of that I couldn't reel him back in despite my much higher...

This is just a sort of demonstation event, but there is prize money ($150 1st, $100 2nd, $60 3rd, $40 4th).

I'll chuck on a big gear and see how it pans out, but the promoter told...

Usually something like:
Warm-up - 86 or 88
Flying or accel activations - 92, then 98
Starts - 102, then 104, then 106...

I can share some power data with you, but it's all training data as my powertap/Quarq is on training wheels/road bikes... When I race a full kilo it's on my disc.

I actually had this exact issue with one...

I actually had this exact issue with one particular Zipp disc on my Teschner Track Pro.

The odd thing was, I had my own Zipp 900 which fit with no issues, then I borrowed a friend's newer Zipp 900...
