Sounds great. My wife hates salmon, though, so it might be a while before I make something like this.

A couple of months ago I was in Chicago visiting my sister and I made pasta with roasted beets, beet greens and Swiss chard, goat cheese, and other stuff. It contained multiple things that I like, but my wife dislikes. It was divine.

I've just determined that mint chocolate chip ice cream covered in rice crispys cereal is the best thing ever. POWERFOOD!!!!111

There aren't many things I haven't/wouldn't shove down my pie-hole. Those "muffins" and gsteinb's mashed blue potato muck are 2 that I've come across in the last week that make that list.

spinach pasta, lots of bread. and oreos. quite possibly my favorite meal.

Plate of pelmeni and marinated mushrooms. Gotta say I'm not exactly digging the Russian style marinated shrooms, I'll stick to Italian from now on...

I've never heard of kwark, but the link makes it sound absolutely delicious. Home or locally fresh made light, fluffy cream cheese is one of my favorite treats.

i've lived here a long, long time, and i never even tried it until a few months ago.

i wouldn't call it delicious. it tastes like plain yogurt, which is why i add the muesli and pineapple.

Grilled chicken marinated w/ Italian dressing, grilled sweet potatoes w/ garlic, and steamed broccoli. Delicious and Mom got to try out her fancy new grill.

Subway 6 inch club. Baked Lay's. Diet coke.

Boring lunch, but cheap, filling, and not terrible.

WR's weakness is oreos, mine is frozen peanut m&ms.....sooo delicious.
