Sounds great. My wife hates salmon, though, so it might be a while before I make something like this.
A couple of months ago I was in Chicago visiting my sister and I made pasta with roasted beets, beet greens and Swiss chard, goat cheese, and other stuff. It contained multiple things that I like, but my wife dislikes. It was divine.

ahh, missed the curry and focused on the calamari instead. Obviously it's time for me to go get a coffee.

My goddaughter's birthday party. My cousin and her husband are both good cooks so I went to town:
hummus and veggies
tri tip
asparagus
orzo salad
green salad
cake and ice cream
Ooooofffff! I'm stuffed.

ignore him, and hopefully he'll go away.
i've lived here a long, long time, and i never even tried it until a few months ago.
i wouldn't call it delicious. it tastes like plain yogurt, which is why i add the muesli and pineapple.

Subway 6 inch club. Baked Lay's. Diet coke.
Boring lunch, but cheap, filling, and not terrible.
