Sounds great. My wife hates salmon, though, so it might be a while before I make something like this.

There aren't many things I haven't/wouldn't shove down my pie-hole. Those "muffins" and gsteinb's mashed blue potato muck are 2 that I've come across in the last week that make that list.

I've never heard of kwark, but the link makes it sound absolutely delicious. Home or locally fresh made light, fluffy cream cheese is one of my favorite treats.

i've lived here a long, long time, and i never even tried it until a few months ago.

i wouldn't call it delicious. it tastes like plain yogurt, which is why i add the muesli and pineapple.
