198 yesterday.
Lost about 2 pounds over Christmas.
Based on this year's schedule I will be brining my weight down to between 180-185 for the season.

142.2 141.x is showing up on the scale more often. Now that the holidays are over I'm shooting for 141 on the next "official" weigh in.

Bikes: Type of horse.

176. Wrong direction, but I'm a bit more focused now, things will come together soon and weight should be dropping in the next month.

got heavy mid-month from being stupid.
now that I'm back on the wagon, and back to eating, I'm trending down at around 1lb per week.

good times.

Still 213. Not enough riding and too many peanut butter cookies.

best part is bf% dropping steadily, as long as that keeps going down, I won't cry over weight. Weigh-in this morning put me at 8lbs from my goal, 22 weeks from now.
That'll do donkey, that'll do.

Hill repeats the last few days remind me that dropping weight is totally worth it.
Doing TT intervals, reading my race reports from last year, & talking to my fitter about last season remind me to not get that skinny again.

I revised my weight goal up 2lbs, 144 should be a good weight to race at, 142 is probably too low given daily fluctuations and needing reserves for stage races.

Want to lose 15 pounds by summer. That'll be 5 pounds lighter than last summer.

Saw 147.5 this morning. I guess that means the sky isn't falling.

I think I had some extra water weight or something. I dropped 3 pounds in 2 days. Tomorrow and the rest of the week should be more even keel, I bet.
Right now it's about slowly losing weight. I'm changing small things about my diet right now and not getting so hung up on it like I have in the past.

Currently hovering around 150 - 152, so I survived the holidays. I'm training for my first season of racing, so I'm not too sure what I should get down to before the first race ( Feb 12 ). Any suggestions? I am 5'9" and 23 y/o if that helps.

No way to guess. Find a place that does hydrostatic body fat testing and get a baseline measurement.

Just got back from a dessert and beer pairing course at Stone Brewery. I assumed it would be tasting portions... I was wrong. I think I might need some insulin.

Despite a steady diet of carne asada, cereal, and ice cream, my holiday weight gain was fairly limited. Time to reinstate discipline and drop those last stubborn five pounds.

Oh, that's good. I feel very fast at 123. At 114 the only thing I am fast at is getting tired.

I know. I wasn't going to steal your quote, so I posted where your inspiration came from.

From: Hint: check out my BF name

Bikes: 2016 Parlee Altum, 2013 Cannondale Super Six Evo Hi Mod Di2 only, 2011 Cannondale Super Six, Dura Ace 7800, 2007 Cannondale System Six Dura Ace 7800, 1992 Bridgestone RB-1, MB-2, MB-3, MB-5

I'm still at 4-8 pounds to go. I bet a good chunk (i.e., 3-4 pounds) will come off quickly once the warmer weather arrives or I get myself into a good period of cranking the miles without feeling too worn out at the end of a ride (else, I eat up a storm after a ride).
