best part is bf% dropping steadily, as long as that keeps going down, I won't cry over weight. Weigh-in this morning put me at 8lbs from my goal, 22 weeks from now.
That'll do donkey, that'll do.
Hill repeats the last few days remind me that dropping weight is totally worth it.
Doing TT intervals, reading my race reports from last year, & talking to my fitter about last season remind me to not get that skinny again.
I revised my weight goal up 2lbs, 144 should be a good weight to race at, 142 is probably too low given daily fluctuations and needing reserves for stage races.

I think I had some extra water weight or something. I dropped 3 pounds in 2 days. Tomorrow and the rest of the week should be more even keel, I bet.
Right now it's about slowly losing weight. I'm changing small things about my diet right now and not getting so hung up on it like I have in the past.

Currently hovering around 150 - 152, so I survived the holidays. I'm training for my first season of racing, so I'm not too sure what I should get down to before the first race ( Feb 12 ). Any suggestions? I am 5'9" and 23 y/o if that helps.

No way to guess. Find a place that does hydrostatic body fat testing and get a baseline measurement.

Just got back from a dessert and beer pairing course at Stone Brewery. I assumed it would be tasting portions... I was wrong. I think I might need some insulin.

I'm still at 4-8 pounds to go. I bet a good chunk (i.e., 3-4 pounds) will come off quickly once the warmer weather arrives or I get myself into a good period of cranking the miles without feeling too worn out at the end of a ride (else, I eat up a storm after a ride).
