I wish I could. The bike shop where I got it installed kept the manual. I'll try to download it online. I understand any "snarkyness" though I'm a complete noob. I do appreciate the help though.

Do not touch the cranks during zeroing (what you call calibration). 12/6 position. Menu-settings-bike settings-bike profiles-<bike>-ant+ power-calibrate.
A 20 minute test should not feel easy, not even close. I like to start at around 80%-85% for the first two minutes, then ramp up to as hard as I can go for the next 17 minutes, then flat out for the last minute. You should feel like puking afterwards. If you have a ride back to the start it should feel like 10mph is fast. After some nourishment and a few hours rest, you should feel like you could go for a recovery ride.
Don't get caught up in the numbers and the ewang. Forget about that. Get the number and set your training schedule. Enjoy the improvement.

Yeah I hobbled inside after being hunched over the bike for about 5 minutes. I just laid on my couch for about 30 minutes before hopping in the shower. Can't imagine having to ride home!

My coach uses 7%, but my RPE tells me it's more like 10%. Repeat the test outdoors when you can.

Hammy you got a pm again? indoor ftp for me varies between 10%-5% depending upon the time of year (early winter and im way up near 10% loss, closer to march im at about 5% because i've been riding indoors for the past 3 months). good luck with the test, there's nothing i hate more than hard efforts on the trainer!

rollers are "easier" to hold z2-z4 power for me, but i have a resistance unit on mine, so it might be difference if you were just rolling on non-resistance rollers.

The number doesn't matter as long as it's under 1000. What matters is that each time you calibrate it, it's within 10 or 20 points depending on the temperature swing.
