Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

These are some of the most beautiful roads I have ever seen. You are amazingly lucky to be able to ride there.

I just rode Glendora Ridge Road about two weeks ago. It was an awesome, awesome ride and the road was empty just like in your pic. I can't wait to get back out there again.

Just came across a couple of photos from my very first tour a few years ago.
I was new to cycling and carrying a camera. The person in Picture 1 is a good friend of mine who still keeps in touch today.

These pictures are incredible!

Question: What kind of cameras do you all have and how do you ride with them? Any tips/tricks for taking pictures while riding?

Awesome photos. Was that supported or self-supported?

Here are some pictures from today's ride:

9W. If you cycle around NY/NJ, you know what this is.

Perkins Drive, on the way down from Bear Mountain State Park. There was a little snow left from last week's October freak storm.
