Yet another reason I luv/hate my Garmin
Given the 2 ft. of snow and more ice on the way I've rediscovered my old (read 1980's) wind trainer. I had been using my Garmin to record time and HR data, but had not messed with the built in "Workouts" feature.
Did that this afternoon,.... holy cow! The "Speedplay" work out is quite wicked... helps to visualize Jillian Michaels when the darn thing is saying speed up too!!!
