I wish I had a better answer but all the catalog says is Bianchi Cyclone. I know in the past ('80s) most of the 'Bianchi' cranks were usually Ofmegas. I wouls suspect this crank is simply a rebranded SR, Sugino or similar quality crankset. the Cyclone was used on several bikes that year

Ditto on the 1980s Bianchi cranks being Ofmegas, just as the 1960s were Magistronis (Ofmega's predecessor company, reportedly).

the finishing is kinda sloppy, sharp edges where the spider and arm meet. i might swap it out for an early 90s rx100
