That's reminiscent of that Porsche shell that somebody build a few years ago, which also was pedal-powered. I suppose they could get something like that down to 80-100 pounds, if they kept the body material just barely thick enough to hold its shape. No way it would be as efficient as an actual velomobile, though.

I wonder if taking the HPV vacine would stop you from using/wanting this.

A recumbent quadracycle? *It's hard to tell but *it looks like it's a two seater and both passengers have pedals. *That would mean that with two fit cyclists this thing could probably keep a pretty fair pace down the road. *

The flapping gull wing doors seem a bit far fetched though! *
