IRO Frame Sizing for Me
Looking to get a mark V or Jamie roy frame. I'm trying to figure out the best sizing:
I'm 5' 8" with a semi-stocky build. 31" jeans inseam and 80cm groin-to-floor without shoes. I'm thinking the 56cm or 53cm frame might be good for me but not sure which. any suggestions?

Here's Tony's advice:

FWIW, I am 5'6" with a long torso and I ride a 53cm.

if it helps, im 6'2'' and ride a 59cm Angus and it might be a tiiiiiny bit too small. if i would you i would do the 53. a smaller bike is better than a big one i thinks.

ps: My 54 obviously is too small, but I've got a long stem, a long and setback seat post. I couldn't be happier on it.

I am almost exactly same size and build as you it sounds like, and when I got my Mark V I thought it was a 56cm. Turns out its a 53cm, but thats cool because it fits great.

OK Great. Thanks all for answering.
One more question: How long did it take from the time you ordered to receive the bike?
