Well if you ask me. I would alway go up one size on the Mark V or Angus.
If I ride a Rob Roy or a Jamie Roy I would ride a 59/60 cm frame.
If I ride a Mark V or an Angus. I ride a 62cm. Try to match the top tube length to what you want to ride. The rest of it falls into play.
