Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Lugs look plain but it has forged dropouts. If its your size, I'd say go for it. Check closely for cracks.

Why wouldn't he show the whole bike in his ad? Seems like an obvious photo to throw in there.

Because the lower end of the fork, rear dropouts, and headtube are all that remain after the frame's likely horrific crash?

Meh, not really an issue with craigslist I find. I mean most people are gonna go see the thing in person before any money changes hands... unless they don't, then good luck on the internet (have fun with all those games along the sides of websites! You can win a free Iphone if you can click this monkey!!!)

edit: oh and I'd try and talk him/her down to $50/60, cause well, you can

no don't buy that one.

i've ridden a fuji and they make good conversions, but $70 is too much for JUST the frame IMO

fuji's are abundant, i wouldn't pay over $50 TOPS
