Hand Pump recs..
I just got a flat coming into the office. Fixed it quick enough, however my hand-pump sucks, as did the rest of my ride. Time to pony up, me thinks.
So I really would like one with a hose, thus I can stop ravaging my valve. Also, it would be great to have one with a pressure gauge.

Is this what I'm looking for? What's a suspension pump?

hello
I use a traditional full length frame pump. I don't think a gauge is all that important when you're out on the road.

+1 for the morphs. I have a mini-morph and it's pretty much amazing.

The hose is what I like about the morph... it lets you exert a lot of force on the pump without having to worry about bracing the pump nozzle to avoid fubaring the valve stem.

the topeaks with gauges aren't as good, imo. the heads aren't as nice and you get the same tire pressure whether you can read the amount or not, you still need to floorpump it later.
my favorite is the master blaster dx. the smarthead is really nice and the pivot handle really helps.

The gauge works well enough--- and you don't need to floor pump it later, since you can actually pump it over 100 psi. The road morph makes a nice pump to travel with. I swear by it-- although if you ride in all weather, it will be happier in your bag than on your bike.

I have a CO2 pump for road flats that I haven't had a chance to use yet. It's alot smaller than any pump I've seen and it should do the trick until I get home and can use my floor pump to get the pressure dialed in correctly.

I use one of those tiny micro pumps to find the puncture in the tube and fill it up a bit after patching. Then I finish with the CO2. A 16 gram CO2 is enough to fill my 700x23 gatorskins to 120 psi doing it this way.

Yup yup. I carry a spare tube, a patch kit, and 2 canisters in my saddle bag. Takes up almost no room. Beauty.

hello
I've gone through the CO2 route some many times and always keep coming back to my trusted frame pump. There was nothing wrong with using the CO2's. I just preferred using the pump instead.

i just got this topeak micro rocket pump a month ago and it is awesome. fits inside my saddle bag or back pack cause it is super tiny. its sits on presta valves super good, it like sucks its self on and you have to pull pretty good to get it off so its actually really easy to pump up a flat to whatever psi you run. i had a flat in the middle of nowhere on vacation in maine right after i got it and was so psyched on it! got me up to 100 psi no problem at all and finished my ride home then pumped up to 120 with the floor pump. would definitely recommend it if your looking for something small that actually works https://www.topeak.com/products/Mini-Pumps/MicroRocketAL

Can you pump up to 120 psi with the road morph?
Have a decent floor pump and a decent hand pump and you'll be fine.
