Can fuji wheels hold the weight?

I have a great deal staring me in the face with a brandy-new Fuji tacrk bike. I am thinking I could use it to run the streets of Philly. My concern is those wheels look a little flimsy at 700 X 23. Can those wheels hold a 200+ pound fattie? Should I opt for a Fattywagon?

they're pretty tough and they've stayed mostly true.

i had the hubshell crack on my rear wheel - but i haven't heard of too many other people managing that.

Mine are solid. I'd be a lot more confident on these than on expensive low spoke count racing wheels, these are (heavy) tanks. I do run a 25mm tire in the front though.

Unless they changed it, the rear hub is a quando. it'll probably go bad in a year or so. But then you can buy a nice formula rear for $100 or something that will last a long time.
