On sundays a lot of the Fast Friday folk meet up at Red Square, from what I understand...and then there is Fast Friday itself, which is the first friday of the month.

I mostly could just tell you what bars to go to...not so much with the "sesh" spots, I guess.

for some reason when I hear "track bike sesh" I think of nothing but a bunch of dudes hanging around track standing and doing sweet barspinz with each other.

frat row in the uw!
potholes, drunk drivers, and dudes in plaid shorts and polo shorts throwing beer bottles at you.
best place for a fixed gear sesh ever.

Go to Red Square at the University of Washington. Best spot I've ever been to by far.

Cal Anderson Park can also be pretty cool if there are some people hanging around...

second this, but go at night because it's adequately lit and nearly empty. it's crazy busy during school hours.

Check the forum here. There's usually something going on.

Fast Friday is the only kind of "sesh" riding I know about, but that is not even remotely my thing. There's an open-to-the-public bowl in Ballard if you really have a death wish though.
