OK horizontal dropouts?
I'm converting an old 650C bike w/ vertical dropouts to a polo/ramp/death bike. I want to swap the dropouts... can anyone recommend something decent? I've never bought dropouts before, and am not sure what's out there.

QBP stocks a bunch of framebuilding parts, so your local shop should be able to hook you up once you decide what you need. United Bicycle does as well and most shops are set up with them.

it would be stupid if they were called drop outs, for it to make sense they'd either need to be mounted incorrectly or you'd have to hold the bike vertically

I am so pissed that I didn't get to correct sp00ki first. The irony would be great because I really know nothing about bikes.
