Think more along the lines of "spring build" and you won't be disappointed...

With all the hold ups for just regular orders, how long do you think an Alien group buy would take? I'd be worried about QC from the Alien guy if he tried to speed up production to meet it.

Ok everyone:

I'm writing down some talking points on paper and I'm going to call Tony asap. If anyone would like to help me out within the next 30-45 minutes you can contact me on AIM on the sn "h4q"

I'll post back with how things went.

(Pray).

Tony is letting his calls route to an answering machine.. saying he's not taking calls until October. I left him a nice message and then supplemented it with an e-mail. Hopefully he'll respond soon. I'm going to continue to call to see if I can't get him to answer

That's the current status today as of 2PM.

Lol, no. Just because they are lugged frames doesn't mean they are hand made. They are good ol' taiwanese factory made bikes.

I'm going to give 48 hours for Tony to call or e-mail me back.

Just to let you know I am in contact Joseph Santaniello from Alien bikes (as some of you have requested). He does seem interested in a group-buy and he is contacting some of his people to work out some logistics to see if he can give us a good discounted price point.

Stay tuned...

I'm on board for an Alien group buy. We should get the ball rolling on that soonish due to Tony not even taking calls until October.

Awesome. I was looking at their bikes just the other day and then I was like aw bummer a bit too pricy. I would be super interested in a discounted group buy price for those.

Mark V IRO group buy

I would definitely buy one. Let us know if this is going to happen.

1. Reply to this post with your interest, (yes)
2. What type of frame would you want (Mark V, Mark V Pro)
3. What colors do you want? (Lime Green Pearlescent, Sage Green Pearlescent, Matte Grey)
4. Do you just want the frame? A complete? Or a complete minus wheelset? (frame, fork and Chris King Headset))

I would definitely be down to do a group buy on either an IRO or an Alien Frame.
