A few questions about pricing some items I'd like to sell

I had to replace a front wheel last month because it was taco-ed, and I bought a wheelset because I figured it wouldn't be so bad to have a spare lying (laying?) around. But I'm a little strapped for cash now, so I wonder if anyone could give me an idea of what I might get for the old ones?

The front hub (formula) and spokes were fine, so I kept them, and the rear wheel (alex rims and formula hub that came stock on the 08 fuji track) is complete. I don't really want to bother if I'm only going to walk away with 20 bucks; I know they're not great or expensive parts, but they'd be good for a conversion or a winter beater. Any thoughts?

Also, I know there's for sale/wanted forum--I just don't have a clue about what price to ask.

how old is the wheel? put it on craigslist for like what you'd hope to get and see if you get any takers.

I bought the bike in July or early August if I remember correctly. I put about 100-150 miles a month on it. I wanted to sell it locally on craigslist since I've been burned a few times on ebay and it's kind of a pain in the ass to recoup.
