Front Breaks for a Fuji Obey?
as you may have seen in my other thread, im picking up a Fuji Obey this coming weekend, but want to throw a front brake on it.
Where can i get a simple clamp-on brake to throw on there?

i did see that, but it seemed very big, looking for something more aesthetically pleasing. That is the only one i have been able to find.

What scrod said. It's just a Fuji Track frame with lugs. And there's nothing wrong with drilling a fork unless it's some vintage super-valuable-must-keep-original track bike, or, like the brake linked is meant for, an NJS frame. $60 is just too much.

I'm a student. My income comes from scholarships, bursaries, research positions and odd graphics design jobs I do (I work for deviantART on occasion). I pay for my tuition, my condo rent, all my living expenses and for my bikes. My current ride is valued at nearly $1500. I make just enough to survive and live large once in a while, so excuse me for being frugal.

If you drill, measure first. There may not be a short enough reach caliper made for the obey front fork.

sorry guys, no way in hell I'm drilling the fork on this bike
ill just spring for the clamp-on, im only going to use it until i dont need it anymore, so i dont want to permanently disfigure my baby.
