whip skids

its been almost a year since i got my track bike... i can do a couple track stand variations, skid, and do backwards circles. one thing i'm having some trouble with though is whip skids. i can already skid straight no problem, but i'd really like to start whipping. does anybody have tips on how to do it? much appreciated

Use a tarck frame.... whip skids kill normal frames by breaking seat stays.... kind of like breaking a person's neck. Swift and easy.....

nope it's a serious question.
my frame is a track frame, but a lot of people around here whip skid with conversions and i dont think they've ever had problems.
