Psh, if I got a second date with an NJS frame I'd throw front & rear aerospokes on it. 'Cuz NJS frames like aerospokes and baskets.
And also a nitto jag paired with risers to address the fact that it's wayyyy too negative sloping.

gotta make sure the front is a 650c and the frames two sizes too small, with a b17

I don't like deep Vs on a lugged frame. Clash.
High flange front hus on road bikes. Too bulky. Not elegant.
For heaven's sake man, take the lock off for photos.

That lock is not gonna protect that bike. Over here they would cut through that cable lock, like a hot knife thru warm butter.

I gotta agree with the wheel comments. It's just my opinion, but I like deep sectioned wheels on carbon, not so much on steel.
Also, my OCD is freaking out because the lettering on the tires isn't over the valve (or even in the same spot on both wheels).

A matching lugged fork will do wonders, even in silver. A fork that's meant for 27" wheels is ideal considering a 700C fork can make the geo wonky.
Your bike is geared for the road but your bars say otherwise. Compact drops are nice. Hooded compact drops are even better. Of which paired with a front brake is best.

The bike was pretty much built with left over parts. The only thing I had to buy that I didn't have was the seatpost, chain and peddles. Everything else came off of my old bike. I want new drops badly................... More periods for you guys....................
