got a new guy on my caseload. 20+ year bike/foot messenger in NYC. unfortunately weed and crack have kept him borderline homeless the entire time. :/

started building up the Nashbar steel CX. derailleurs are not as scary as i remember.

Today I went to work, could barely walk because my knee is messed up, and puked about ten times, a couple of which were bloody. Too scared to go to the doctor, so I'm just working through it.

Hell yeah. It was sick.

OF course all day, I'm track standing fine when I clip out of one side. So i got brave and decided to not clip out at all. Of course that's the one time I can't balance and I'm on some weird slight dip in the road. Down I went.

Yeah, I've heard it's amazing chocolate. I'm about to eat this thing up. Will return with review.

Dude, wtf, go to a doctor. Don't wait until it's even worse and costs even more money/time/effort.

If you are puking up blood, get your self to the emergency room. Not in the morning, now.

Damn that hella sucks bro lol.

I always clip out - I won't risk it anymore hahaha. NO trackstanding for me with both feet clipped in.

I can picture someone going up to you, asking if you're alright, only furthering the ridicule. In that case I'd just cross my arms and sit on the ground and shout at them "LEAVE ME ALONE" and turn my back towards them.

Of course it's just going to be "okay" without the cliff bar's friends! Where's the candy, nuts, sprinkles, and cherry on top**********
On a diet? On a regimen? The Clif bar nulls out the goodies.

Don't feel bad, I have a spill that is easily 10 times more embarrassing than that. This past September, while at an event at the pumptrack I'm involved with, exiting the track I strike a partially full bottle of water and crash right in front of a crowd. I still haven't heard the end of it.
