today I did my first ride on my MASH bullhorns, despite owning them for months.

they're almost comically small in the width department (they only come in 40cm). the hand rest on the top would make them the best bullhorn I've ever ridden on if they were just a bit wider, even still they might be, but it's hard to get comfortable long term when I feel like my arms are pinned a bit too close together, makes handling feel awkward, but I'm sure I'll adjust.

was also riding without bar tape installed yet and no complaints, though I didn't exactly do a century

I'm sure you love her...

But that may change when you see the sqrl-age at new-school orientation.

If not, well, forgive me for disgracing your honorable nature.

Almost got hit by an undergrad I see routinely on campus. He decided to flip me off and mock me.

I see him needing 4 new tires in the near future. Just saying, the roads here are pretty rough.

Unfortunately, cooking with anything less than cheap lager is lost in the process.

I do, however, have a fine bottle of this:

It will be consumed tonight, in honor of your mom's beer battered fish.

It does appear that you are the only one in this thread who actually rides your bike. Which is silly, because no one here does anything besides just talk about bikes, duh.

got caught in two downpours on my evening ride. only wearing a baselayer under a tshirt. got pretty soaked, but the crossbreeze that popped up dried me out after a mile or two. sunny w/ 10% chance of rain when i left..... :/

came home and swapped the crankset (FSA Gimondi 175's for IRO 165's) on the 722. then decided the drops on it were just too deep and put on some risers (double fist wide) until i find something else.

Get some Nitto horns.

Today I tried to climb to the Horsetooth reservoir taking Dixon Canyon Road in Ft. Collins and failed. Hard. Going to get some good sleep tonight, eat a massive breakfast, and try it again with a camelback bladder.

I did my obligatory 50 miles today, unfortunately it was on a triathlon bike I'm borrowing for Saturday's.................triathlon. I also rode the 10 miles to work and will obviously have to ride the 10 miles home to consume beer and finish a 2 page response to Pale Fire before 1 p.m. tomorrow.

I also ran 5 miles Smartass Making me self-conscious about using my eight hour work day to do something productive like shoot the scat with you peeps.
