Its not cool to be helpful.
A track bike is usually concidered one that is legal to race on a velodrome, and built to do so well. That means it has to have drop bars and rear facing drop outs to be legal(and there is some fit stuff that usually isnt enforced at races in the US). As for being built well to race that usually means steeper angles and stiff BB region of the frame, conciderable seat to bar drop, high bb, stiff cranks and bb, a gear over ~88 inches, and clipless pedals.
Fixie is either any bike with a fixed gear, track bikes included, or a disparaging term for the colorful and oddly built bikes riden often by people new to riding fixed gears. But there are also people that have been riding fixed for a long time with colorful bikes and unique parts.

Endurance means long, points races are the classic endurance event and mass start, which means they require drop bars. You dont need drops for persuits or time trials, but those are so uncommon for weekly track racing in the US I didnt feel the need to mention it. But you are sort of right.
