Phil Hubs Spokes and Rims, self build help

Hey everyone, I have a pair of Phil Wood high flange track hubs and I want to lace them up to some Mavic open pros. Naturally I have a few questions. Let me preface this buy saying that I tried to find this info online but did not succeed. Basically I'm looking for all the right figures to use with the spoke length calculator.

1. What is the diameter of the holes on the hubs, so that I can choose the right spokes? Didnt see anything on the Phil site and didnt find it online....

2. Is the effective rim diameter (ERD) for the Open Pro, 605?

3. What will the Hub Center to Flange Center numbers be? Will I have two numbers as with road hubs, or just one because its track? Mind you, the rear hub is threaded on both sides, I don't know if that makes a difference.

4. Is the hub flange diameter for these hubs 67? Just making sure, got this from the Phil site.

5. Lastly, and this is a novice question, do I absolutely want 36 in the back? or is having 32 and 32 ok? I'm 6'2'' and weigh 180, ride pretty aggressively...

Any other general suggestions aside from, "take it to a professional" are welcome and encouraged. Thanks in advance. Im really excited about this.

take it to a professional

1. https://www.philwood.com/philpdfs/whe...ding_break.pdf

2. google says yes.
3. phil wood site. & no it doesnt. the flanges are the same size.
4. if it says so on the phil site, its right.
5. 32/32 is fine, lace 3x.
