Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? $10 over your budget, but it's a good investment imo.

You need to help yourself before you ask others to help you. Especially with a purchase as basic as handlebars. The only questions that you'll get answers to are stuff like measurements, fitment, etc. Asking others to decide on bars for you is like asking what sort of underwear you should purchase next. It's your bike buy what you like for it. If you don't like it, sell it and move on to the next purchase.

Sometimes you might be better off just researching on your own than asking the people on this forum. Look up different bullhorn prices and read the reviews, you're more likely to find some actual help in the reviews and less jackass comments.

I think my post was quite helpful.

Plus some good off-topic advice to boot.

I just decided that if Scrod ever comes to Chicago, we're taking him to karaoke and I'm going to sing Blue Oyster Cult Godzilla but change it to Scrodzilla. It will be awesome.

I like it. Almost as much as my idea to start a 721 build and call it a "Scrodder 721"
