So even if you're order a standard pursuit frame with a straight top tube, standover height is never part of the geo or even listed?
I know standover height is often made out to be more important than it should be, it just seems to always be listed even when selling track specific bikes (like over on the NJS-Export retail page for frames).
Interesting. Thanks
EDIT: Looks like NJS-Export added a 3Rensho pursuit frame in the last day. They list the bike as a 47.5cm but the top tube is a 54.5cm and standover is 69.5cm. That particular site must be measuring near the seat stay.

I've never seen standover listed on an actual geometry chart. Especially given that it can change based on tire size, or in this case based on where the seller decides to measure, it's an essentially worthless figure.

On a bike with a sloping top tube, like an MTB where standover might be of interest to some potential buyers the convention is to measure it halfway between the seat tube and head tube. Of course the top tube slopes the other way, lower at the seat tube.
On a bike like this, what @seau grateau said.

I wouldn't exactly call it worthless, I use it a lot when I'm looking at frames in addition to top tube and seat tube length
