Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I'd hardly say $449 for a set of Open Pros to DA 7600 is "overpriced". That's just what **** costs.

I once spent that much on a single car rim. And I needed 4.

We all know you have to pay to play.

"Overpriced" was the wrong word, but when they roll imperceptably smoother than wheels costing half or less (hey Wabi!), the cost:benefit is whacked. Despite that, I'm seeing ceramic OP's coming my way, probably laced to formulas.

Oh, and
Daaat clearance!

Hetchins frames are gorgeous, and consistent lug porn. The stem on that one is definitely questionable though.
